Anton's specialise in the harvesting, processing and marketing of New Zealand deepwater and midwater species.
Our six key species are:
- Alfonsino (Byrex Splendens)
- Cardinal (Epigonus Telescopus)
- Hoki (Macruronus Novaezelandiae)
- Orange Roughy (Hoplostethus Atlanticus)
- Ruby Fish (Plagiogeneion Rubiginous)
- Squid - Arrow (Nototodarus Sloanii)
In addition to the above we have a wide range of products that are
bycatch of our target species.
Our standard product range includes:
- Whole
- Headed & Gutted
- Dressed
- Fillets (Skin on, Skinless and Skinless and Boneless)
We can also produce chilled and frozen product to customers requirements.
Our products are Wild Caught and Chemical and Additive Free.
Where we glaze product to preserve colour, we use a product made from natural seaweed extract.
